Hi! I’m Chrissy, the heart and soul behind Coffee and Grace! First, thank you for stopping by, we are so glad you are here! A little about me and what started this business….I deal with several chronic, rare illnesses (which you will find out about in the blog) and because of that working outside the home is not an option for me. I homeschooled our son for 10 years and he graduated in June of 2024, so I figured it was time to make one of my dreams come true, own my own boutique! And Coffee and Grace Boutique was born! We launched on July 1, 2024. It has been a long road, with ups and downs, and lots of learning along the way.

We started our boutique in Ohio, however, because of my husbands job, we moved to Connecticut. My momma, who is my second biggest cheerleader (behind my hubby!) helps me run the Ohio side of things, along with my son.

Unfortunately, due to health reasons, we had to close the boutique permanently a month shy of our one year anniversary…

So why Coffee and Grace? The name actually came from a coffee cup my husband found that said “I run on coffee and grace”. And it is so true of my life, I can drink coffee like a Gilmore Girl, and I am saved by God’s amazing grace. Ephesians 2:8-9, “For you are saved by grace through faith, and this is not from yourselves; it is God’s gift, not from works, so that no one can boast.”, is the theme verse of our business.

Because we now live in Connecticut, we felt it was fitting to have the business named Coffee and Grace CT. Since we already had the website, we decided that we’d keep that, because let’s be honest, it is so me! But I’d write under the blog of “Complicated Zebra” because as you will soon learn, that is also me.
